- Our founder began his career in the field, wiring and managing electrical systems for commercial spaces ranging from office buildouts to retail renovations. After two decades of working directly with general contractors, property managers, and developers, he saw a gap in the market: too many estimators lacked real-world experience, and too many contractors were losing time and money on inaccurate bids.
